The art of our bread-making lies in the variety of premium Italian flours and fresh local flours, leavening traditions and our ‘mother yeast’. These give rise to our authentic European Baguette and Panini crusts, textures and aromas.

 

Farinaceous products are our 'bread and butter'.  We provide our customers with consistently high quality products to save you the hassle of hiring and training in-house bakers. 

In addition to supplying Food-Service professionals, Caterers and Cafés, we use our Bakery products at our Corso Italia Counters and in our gourmet range of Corso Italia Panini

and Corso Italia Ready-to-Eat meals.
